Users may submit reviews and ratings for listed businesses. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to moderate, reject, or remove reviews that are spam, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise violate these terms.
Submitting a quote request or booking request connects you with relevant businesses. ghana.is facilitates the introduction but is not a party to any agreement you reach with a business. We do not guarantee responses, pricing, or service quality.
Businesses may list products and services for sale. Product details, pricing, and availability are the responsibility of the listing business. ghana.is is not a marketplace platform and does not process payments or handle transactions between businesses and customers.
Advertisers can create campaigns to promote their businesses. Lead information submitted by users through contact forms or ad clicks is shared with the relevant business. Advertisers agree to respond to leads professionally and in compliance with applicable laws.
Ghana.is uses tracking links to measure engagement with business profiles, such as clicks on website, WhatsApp, phone, email, and directions buttons. This data helps us improve the platform and provide analytics to listing owners. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tracking links alone.
Users may report problematic listings through our reporting system. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Submitting false or malicious reports may result in account restrictions.
ghana.is reserves the right to moderate, edit, remove, or suspend any content, listing, review, or user account at our discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or our guidelines. We also reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
ghana.is is provided as a directory and editorial platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, review, or user-generated content. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users, businesses, or third parties on or off the platform.
