Report & Takedown.

If you believe a business listing on ghana.is contains incorrect information, represents a fake or duplicate business, is miscategorized, or raises safety concerns, you can submit a report using our listing report form. Reports can be submitted anonymously.

1. Your report is received by our moderation team
2. We review the report and investigate the listing
3. If the report is valid, we take appropriate action — this may include updating information, unpublishing the listing, or contacting the owner for corrections
4. You will not receive a status update unless you provided a contact email and we determine follow-up is appropriate

If you encounter a review that is spam, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise violates our guidelines, please contact us at moderation@ghana.is with the business name and details of the review in question.

If you believe content on ghana.is infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send a notice to legal@ghana.is with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact information (name, email, phone)
• A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights owner

We will review your notice and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the content.

If you are a business owner and want to remove your listing from ghana.is, log into your dashboard and you can unpublish or delete your listing. If you need assistance, contact us at support@ghana.is.

We aim to review all reports within 5 business days. Complex cases requiring additional investigation may take longer. We prioritize reports involving safety concerns, scams, or intellectual property violations.
